Horrigan & Howell
Our Story
We used to give out free samples of cheese at Fortnum and Masons but weren’t allowed to have any ourselves.
Phoebe Waller-Bridge came in one day, silently pointed at an entire wheel of parmesan and the manager got it for her.
She sat on the floor right there and ate the whole thing, refusing to talk to anyone, and was sick from all the cheese.
We handed in our notice that day.
‘Doing a Phoebe’ and being sick all over the floor of Fortnum has been our dream ever since.

Who are we? Why are we? How are we?
Fine thanks, how are you?
Matthew Howell and Liam Horrigan have been writing together for the past 5 years. They met whilst performing in the Olivier award winning:The Play That Goes Wrong and decided they wanted to win one themselves. To get their hands on Larry Olivers little bronze bust, they will have to write and star in their own hit show…. this process is ongoing and may take some time.
